Pay Your Bill
SmartVox accepts credit/debit card, cash, check, money order, ACH/bank-to-bank transfers, and PayPal. PayPal can also be used to pay via a credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. Click on any of the following payment methods to learn more about them.
ACH/Bank Transfer
When we email you a PDF copy of your invoice, there will be a link to pay your bill in the email and on the PDF invoice. Click it to go to a secure web site to pay with a bank-to-bank transfer. This service is free to you and does not require signing up for any sort of account.
We also offer recurring payments where your bill can be paid automatically each month, using your business or consumer checking or savings account. Simply fill out the ACH authorization form and we’ll get you set up right away (will open a new window).
Credit Card

Click it to go to a secure web site to pay your bill with VISA, MasterCard, or a bank-to-bank transfer. This service is free to you and does not require signing up for any sort of account.
We also offer recurring payments where your bill can be paid automatically each month, using your VISA, American Express*, MasterCard, or Discover. Simply fill out the credit card authorization form and we’ll get you set up right away (will open a new window).
*Some American Express corporate cards may not be eligible for this service. We are working with our card processor to see if we can remove these barriers.
Cash, Check, Money Order
If you are paying with a corporate check or money order, please make your check out to “SmartVox” and mail your payment to the address shown on your invoice.
Please mail your payment early enough to reach us by the due date, or consider a check writing service that ensures accurate, on time payments to avoid late fees.
If you plan on paying with cash, please reconsider and send a check or use one of our other payment methods. It is much safer and protects you in case of loss.
PayPal
PayPal can be used to electronically pay via a PayPal balance, PayPal credit, debit and credit cards, eChecks, or bank transfer, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
To pay your SmartVox invoice through our secure PayPal link, click the button below. Enter your total invoice amount (not the invoice number) in the box where it says “item price,” and fill out the form on the right hand side to complete your payment. Your payment will be applied to your SmartVox account on the next business day.
